As the Compliance Senior Manager you will be responsible for maintaining the Corporate Finance and Restructuring Advisory (incl. Independent Business Reviews, Pension Covenant Assessments) procedure manuals, standard documents, working practices and engagement letters. Reviewing Corporate Finance, Restructuring Advisory live engagement letters and considering requests for changes. Undertaking technical reviews of certain Corporate Finance reports.

The Compliance Senior Manager requires you to assist in maintaining the Firm's standard engagement letters and ensure consistency of approach and professional compliance. Review third party framework agreements and consider suitability for acceptance as a basis for engagements to be undertaken by all faculties.
Additionally, you will develop and maintain the Firm's automated client and engagement acceptance procedures, in conjunction with IT specialists, and assist in drafting and maintaining the firm's compliance and regulation intranet site. Review Confidentiality Agreements and advise on Corporate Finance and other ethical conflicts.
It is desirable that you have experience in this specialism and have detailed technical expertise to manage risk within the firm. Have current working knowledge of applicable ethical and professional standards. Having working knowledge of legal documentation is advantageous.
The Compliance Senior Manager role is based in Farringdon, London and is on a permanent basis.
