We deliver training in engineering manufacturing and maintenance for major companies in Kent and throughout the UK. We are looking for Mechanical or Technical Operators or Multi-skilled Training Instructors who can be a self employed associate or a part time employee. As part of our commercial training team you’ll be passing on your experience of industrial maintenance in our upskilling and multiskilling training programmes.
The Mechanical and Technical Operations Training Instructor should have experience of bearings, belts and chains, coupling alignment, gears and pumps. Experience and knowledge of any of basic electrics, pneumatics and hydraulics is an advantage as is manufacturing and machining using milling, turning, grinding and abrasive wheels.
Technical Operators who are able to communicate well and deliver Operator Maintainer skills linked to lean manufacturing techniques are also required.
Previous experience as a training instructor or NVQ Assessor or as a supervisor is an advantage. It is essential that you are a good and confident communicator able to deliver practical training.
