Telesales Executive (Outbound)

£18,000 + Commission

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Telesales Executive to join our market leading client.

This exciting Sales opportunity will suit someone with a determined work ethic and ambition to develop career within an internationally recognised organisation.

You will generate Sales from target prospects through outbound calls and managing growth of acquired customers.

Roles and responsibilities include;

* Achieve objective when making calls to customer with relevent offer details
* Successfully make the required outbound calls each day, building the relationship with the customer and managing their account
* Assist the inbound team by answering all icoming calls within 3 rings in a polite and friendly manner
* Process all orders and enquiries
* Achieve a high level of accuracy on all orders, upsell and cross sell on every order
* Work as part of a team within a busy, targeted environment

To be considered for the position you must;

* Have previous Sales experience (preferably telesales)
* Be extremely driven and motivated
* Be able to work within a driven and targeted environment
* Want to hit and exceed your monthly targets in order to gain commission
* Have excellent communication skills and briliant telephone manner
* Be resilient and confident
