Position: Sales Executive/Business Development
Location: Ashford Kent/ New Romney
Salary: £21k per annum basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE 85K)
Hours of work: Full time (8am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday)
Contract: Permanent
Based: Ashford and Romney Marsh (Offices & Training Centre)

Taskmasters have huge potential to expand our services UK and Worldwide and currently have a recruitment drive to expand on our Sales Team.

We are looking for;
Either the very best that the sales fraternity has to offer or an individual that has the ability to be the very best. You would need to be very determined, energetic, outgoing & dynamic in order to assist in our exciting plans.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:
Targeting new customers by sourcing and qualifying leads to introduce the company’s products and services to the businesses.
 To be able to use one’s initiative to create self-obtained opportunities
 Attending customer and network meetings.
 You must be able to able to identify, source and research new leads, at a local and national level and also negotiating with multi-level decision makers within an organisation.
 Enjoy cold calling to assist generating your own leads to create new business in order to achieve monthly sales targets.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, self motivated, target driven confident team player who is a committed sales professional with the following attributes and experience:
 Can do and flexible attitude.
 A proven track record of success within a Business to Business sales environment, with evidence of notable business wins with both new and existing customers.

 Strong motivation, combined with the desire to provide a high quality service to your customers at all times.
 Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver successfully against targets.
 Must have good networking, negotiation and organisational skills with cold calling and self-generated appointment making abilities.
 Previous sales experience within a dynamic industry.
Full driving licence and own transport preferred. Full on-going training program will be provided in our specific sales and market sectors
