Caseware UK Ltd is a software company based in central Maidstone. We are looking for an experienced Payroll and HR Administrator to fill an exciting new role on a part-time basis, working a minimum of 17 hours per week including some hours on a Friday.
This is a busy, interesting and varied role in which you will be continually developed to enhance your skill set.
Duties include:
Monthly payroll for approximately 60 staff
Pension scheme Administration
Administration of all documentation for new starters and leavers
Regular Health and Safety checks
Organising general office maintenance
Liaison with service providers
Applicants should be educated to at least A level standard, be of a personable and friendly nature and able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Strong Microsoft Office skills along with experience of a payroll package are essential.
