An exciting opportunity currently exists to join one of the UK's leading companies specialising in the supply of Marine and Environmental services.
This is a new role working to ensure the successful coordination and overall delivery of change management programmes at this South Of England site.
Principle Responsibilities;
• Working directly with the Operational Management team on various change programmes.
• Establishing links with key internal stakeholders including Central Business Services Senior Management team and Board along with other associated parties, union representatives and the end client.
• Driving stakeholder engagement and management to support programme delivery.
• Developing effective and appropriate interventions in conjunction with the business and the programme team to manage these impacts
• Creating and implementing change plans that are tailored to the needs of the project or programme, enabling the successful transition of those impacted to new ways of working.
• Working collaboratively, taking accountability for deliverables, ensuring the smooth delivery of key programme outcomes.
• Producing and maintaining the communication plan and align its transmission.
• Conducting training needs analysis and identifying appropriate learning to enable new ways of working. Working with external partners to ensure effective training and communications.
Essential Skillset;
• Commercially focussed enthusiasm that leads to a proactive approach in the workplace
• Demonstrable experience and evidence of leading change and transformation programmes, with projects of a minimum life cycle of 24 - 36 months.
• Experience of programme delivery in a unionised and local authority environment.
• Full understanding of all aspects of change e.g. technical skill base, workforce and organisational change.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, having an ability to engage across all levels with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Post graduate professional with strong MS Office skills with an accredited change management qualification (CMI Master, PCI Change Practitioner or equivalent).
Desirable Skillset;
• Experience of a logistics, public service environment.
• Membership of a professional body (CIPD/CMI or equivalent).
• Lean Six Sigma Green belt.
• Experience of a technically demanding, safety conscious workplace.

This role is expected to start at the earliest opportunity and will run until the end of the current agreed programme. There may be period of [local/nationwide] travel at certain stages of the programme.

Salary: £60,000.00 /year

The salary for the role will be circa 60K plus benefits.
