Do you want to create and execute a range of digital marketing campaigns at a fast-paced, growing group of businesses? Read on! A tenacious, analytical Digital Marketing Executive is required to join a growing vibrant team responsible for marketing a group of B2C and B2B financial service businesses at our modern offices just off the M20 in Ashford, Kent.

The last year has seen our online presence grow at an incredible rate with online leads now generating more than three quarters of our company revenue. This is a new role within the fast growing marketing team (grown from 2 to 10 people in under a year) and offers excellent career progression prospects. The Digital Marketing Executive role will be very hands on, predominantly paid search led but using the full marketing mix and heavily focused on acquisition through lead generation.

If successful, you’ll be rewarded with a competitive salary up to £25k DOE plus excellent benefits including a contributory pension scheme, private health cash plan and a discretionary quarterly cash bonus. The role:
As the Digital Marketing Executive you’ll execute the plan, and report on lead generation activities across all of the RIFT Group companies. It will be your responsibility to ensure your targets are met which are defined channel by channel. You’ll also be responsible for reporting on performance, assisting with forecasting, rolling out new campaigns and developing new creative.

Your expertise will be predominantly on paid search and you’ll have the opportunity to develop skills in other digital marketing channels such as social media, display and email. This is the perfect role for an AdWords expert who wants to take the next step in their marketing career, broadening their remit.

Your responsibilities
• Support the Group Digital Marketing Manager with forecasts and tactical recommendations for paid search and other paid digital channels.
• Implement and optimise paid search and other digital marketing campaigns
• Take partial accountability for paid search and paid Facebook budgets.
• Manage tracking and reporting for all paid search and paid Facebook spend including analysing ROI.
• Optimise our landing pages and lead generation funnels to maximise the output we get from paid website traffic.
• Communicate effectively with other members of the marketing team to understand their marketing campaigns and how they could impact on yours (and vice versa).
• Develop compelling and effective copy (where appropriate using third party suppliers) to communicate sales messaging and improve divisional KPIs.
• Contribute towards content marketing strategy by identifying opportunities for new content from AdWords SQRs.
• Maintain an up-to-date awareness of our competitors, customers and services when creating content and marketing messages.
• Support where needed in content production for assets such as emails, blogs, infographics and videos.
• Review new technologies and make recommendations to help keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
• Manage internal stakeholders, 3rd party and internal relationships in order to effectively deliver targets and manage expectations.

Your skills and experience
• Demonstrable working knowledge of Google AdWords and BingAds
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and analytical aptitude
• Strong written English and basic copywriting/proofing skills
• Results driven, versatile and quick to adapt to change
