Are you experienced in an IT environment and keen to join a busy, service focussed team? The role holder will be a member of a team providing IT and AV support.
As IT Service Desk Analyst you will:
- Rectify faults, give advice, fulfil service requests, receive feedback and complaints
- Give first and second line assistance and support to all University staff via the telephone, email, web forms, online chat, and in person
- Provide second line IT support for student queries
- Occasional visits to provide assistance in person may be required
To succeed in this role you will:
- Be educated to A-level or equivalent
- Have experience of working in an IT environment
- Have experience of providing a first and second line IT support service
- Have used databases to support admin functions
