Live in Experienced Supervisor needed for very busy country pub/restaurant. We are looking for an individual with a background in high turnaround A La Carte restaurants.
Position is to assist the Managers, be a key holder and be able to lock up and manage a team of up to 9 Front of house staff in their absence.
Live in position is essential above the pub. We must stress that this position is open only to experienced applicants with a proven record in a supervisory position in hospitality.
