We are a small family run business specialising in the repair of white goods in Ashford, Kent.
This is a full time-permanent position. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following duties:
• Providing excellent customer service through both incoming and outgoing telephone calls
• Accurate data capture
• Liaising with engineers and co-ordinating their workloads
• Maintaining excellent filing systems
• General administration duties
The following key skills are essential:
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Good keyboard skills
• Hard working and flexible
• Confident team player but also able to work from your own initiative
• Experience in a call centre an advantage, but not essential
This is a full time-permanent position, between the hours of 8.00am - 5.00pm, with approximately one Saturday per month (8.30am-12pm, paid additionally). Employee will receive a starting holiday allowance of 20 days paid holiday per annum as well as bank holidays.
