Our client an established independent firm of Chartered Accountants and is now seeking an experienced Accounts Semi-Senior.
Reporting directly to the Manager, the role has an accounts bias of 75% to 80% and you will also be assisting with management accounts, bookkeeping, VAT, tax computations including Corporation Tax for a mixed portfolio of clients. The role will also involve a small amount of auditing including Solicitors Audits, so some audit experience would be helpful.
Ideally you will have used Sage 50 and CCH accounts, as well as being proficient with excel. You will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be interacting with clients.
You will either hold a be studying towards the ACA/ACCA qualification and study assistance is provided if required. You will also have previous UK practice experience.
