GoResponse is recruiting a brand new team to provide exceptional phone and email based customer service and sales help for a brand new retail client. They provide stunning quality homeware & furnishings and are an excellent brand to be associated with. The positions will start within the next two weeks and be guaranteed until mid-February, but we always look to keep exceptional staff, so there are longer-term prospects.

You must have a passion for retail, at least 6 months' experience in commission-based retail (i.e. not a supermarket weekend staff member), be able to handle sales objections and be the kind of person who hates bad customer service - so you know what amazing customer service feels like.
If you're familiar with using Magento and ZenDesk systems, that would be advantageous, but not essential as full systems training will be provided.
