• An exciting vacancy for a Display Sales Executive to work on well-known industry-leading publications. This is a sales role responsible for looking after advertising revenue from both new and existing clients
• The role will be a split of both face to face and telephone sales
• You will be responsible for maintaining and building on existing relationships, looking after a large client base and closing advertising deals within a target-driven environment
• You will be required to use your initiative to source leads from all available resources, including competitor titles and rival websites to grow the business
• You will liaise with the production and editorial teams
• Full training/development will be provided for the right candidate
The Candidate:
• You will have experience selling advertising within print and/or online media
• You will be proactive and efficient in closing down advertising and securing deals
• Experience in marketing, publishing or events could also be beneficial
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate well
• Excellent time management and IT skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in an ever-changing sales environment
• You must demonstrate that you have the passion and enthusiasm to work on a market leading publication
• You will need to prioritise your time and have high attention to detail.
• You must be flexible as this role requires travel to the USA and Europe.
