A leading charity in the South East is looking for a Temporary Payroll Assistant. Essentially you will receive payroll information, process, finalise, HMRC submissions and reports to clients, set up NEST pensions and set up and run payrolls for Direct Payment employers who employ carers.
It is essential you have a minimum of one year’s experience in providing payroll support. My client uses Iris payroll system so if you have used this it certainly would be helpful if not Sage is a must. You will need an understanding of tax and payroll legislation, and knowledge of Auto-Enrolment legislation would be desirable. This would suit a confident, adaptable individual who has the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of personnel via phone, email and letter.
This is on a part-time basis and will last up to December. It is to work 6 hours a day from Monday to Thursday and will start with immediate effect.
