CENTRAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Based at Highlands Farm, Woodchurch, Kent
Permanent; Full time – 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £28,618
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated HR Manager to oversee and advise on all matters relating to people resourcing and induction in order to help support the Trust’s aims for adults with learning disabilities to live independently and take control of their lives
Working as an intergral member of the HR Team and reporting directly to the CEO, you will develop an effective people resourcing strategy that meets both current and future business needs of the Trust.
You will have the ability to work collaboratively with managers to develop “best practice” attraction, recruitment & induction processes throughout the Trust; to ensure we have the right people, with the right skills & values, at the right time. You will be well organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively and work to tight timescales.
Ideally you will have experience of managing all aspects of the recruitment and selection process and be CIPD qualified. Your own vehicle and current driving licence is essential due to our rural location. An Enhanced Criminal Records check is required for this role.
