We are seeking energetic, driven and committed individuals who desire a career working with children and young people

The Caldecott Foundation provides care and education for children with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties who may have experienced considerable emotional / physical damage in their early years.
Due to the challenging behaviour of our pupils, flexibility, understanding and a strong sense of humour are important.

Residential Care Workers
Salary Range £16,440 - £20,858
+ sleeping in duties at £32.94
39 hours per week – On a rota system and include evening and weekend work

Personal and Professional Attributes
The successful candidates will possess sound communication skills and will be able to work within a team providing outstanding care for children and young people who would otherwise have poor outcomes.

We are looking for individuals who will have the ability to self-reflect and ideally be in possession of the Diploma Level 3 Children and Young People Workforce, however training will be given.
