The George Vaults is the established independent premier high street venue in Rochester with an exceptionally busy bar featuring a great selection of wines, cocktails and coffee, a great modern British fresh food offering and function events including weddings which trades 7 days a week.
This position would suit a manager who has previous experience in the industry and is seeking the challenge of a busy venue. We require an inspirational leader for our excellent staff that can play a key part in our management team while exceeding customer’s expectations in service and standards. Candidates must be able to work on their own initiative, be hard working and be able to tackle any challenge of a busy and successful venue.
Applicants must have an excellent command of the English language, proof of eligibility to work in the UK, your own bank account. Personal license, food hygiene and SIA Door Supervisor qualified persons advantageous but not essential.
