Our Digital Marketing organisation is busy and we are growing – which is great! And I am looking for talent at all levels to join our innovative and creative teams.

Our head office (and our hearts) are in Ashford, Kent – we have invested both time and £££’s to create an inspirational working environment for both our creative team and our techies. It’s a bit loud, pretty relaxed, and collaborative and we are constantly trying new technology and integrating the really good stuff. We are a .Net shop and have put lots of our Dev’s through Sitcore certification in the last 18 months. We start our day with a “stand-up” – sharing successes and offering each other solutions)

We have been established for over 20 years and are well respected within our niche market – we know what we are good at and stay close to this. We have strong relationships with our clients (one offers our staff a discounts on ski and snowboarding holidays!) And another takes our support team to a major motor racing event each year (Barbados last year – they have to do some work mind you.) We have regular trips out for pizza, beers in the office on a Friday before logging off and social events (if that’s your thing) and most importantly we invest in our teams skill sets with supported training and certification, and we have a commitment to promoting within and developing you for your future. You would be working with some serious brilliant techies. Our teams deliver to tight deadlines and all of them take responsibility for their work and performance, this value would have to be one of yours too.

Our tech teams are positive, enthusiastic, passionate about technology and really comfortable with the internal and external collaboration that is core to our business. You would need to be a proactive problem solver and highly logical and analytic – but also creative and inventive - to us it’s more important to get the right personality fit and then we can train you towards the right technical skills. You would need to be good with C# and the ASP.Net framework and some knowledge of XHML /CSS /JavaScript and JQuery – but we are happy to help you build on these skills. You will need to have worked in web design and build – and if you have built your own web sites for anyone, then we are really interested to hear from you.

We have a couple of roles in the dev teams to fill – and we are open to considering various levels of experience, salaries range from £25,000 to £40,000 with some flex for really experienced people. There is a benefit package too.
