We have some fantastic Part Time roles for genuine Part Time Candidates who also have great communication skills.

The enviroment is friendly and open-plan and there is an opportunity to work from home after 6 months and 40 individuals enjoy this priviledge.

We can offer a variety of hours from 16 /20 / 24 or even 30 hours per week.

16 HOURS
2 evenings per week 5pm - 9pm and 1 weekend day Sat/ Sun for for 8 hours 8.30am - 5pm.

20 HOURS:
3 Evenings Per week 5pm - 9pm but we require fully flexability for the weekend days 8.30am - 5pm either Saturday or Sunday.

24 HOURS:
4 Evenings Per Week 5pm - 9pm and 1 weekend day 8.30 - 5pm either Saturday or Sounday,.

30 HOURS
3 Evenings Per Week 5pm - 9pm. 1 Weekend day for 8 hours and
Plus x 2 5 hour day time shifts.

Starting Salary is £8.00PH and after 3 months increases to £8.47PH.

On top of this.... yes there is more! You also gain a payment of 5% of your basic salary during the first two years which then increases to 10% after this. *Figures quoted are current Profit Related Pay Payments.

There are also Performance Awards ranging from £50 - £250 per month.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Joining the Insurance Division and effectively handling incoming calls
from clients who are looking to amend their bookings or purchase
travel insurance.
- The calls are constant so you need to be happy talking to people in
addition to dealing with email and live chat.
- Providing excellent service and completing bookings.

This is not a telesales role. We are looking for people with good communication skills who are able to be warm and engaging on the phone who can deliver exceptional customer service!

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Excellent Customer Service or Sales skills?
- Excellent listening skills and able to build a rapport with customers?
- Warm, friendly and engaging personality.

INDUCTION
In order for you to be the best you can be the client has put together a 2 week programme to help you get the most of out your new role. This will run for 2 weeks Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 17.30pm for BOTH Full Time and Part Time roles.
