Our prestigious client, based in London, is currently seeking an Event Coordinator to join their expanding team.
The ideal candidate will need:
• Good experience in international Events and Conferences
• Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
• Good experience in legal aspects of contract terms
• The ability to Sell, Negotiate and Manage.
Main Duties will include:
• Reporting to the Staff Manager, Chair of Conference and the Executive Committee Chairman.
• Coordinating the good implementation and administration of Conferences, Exhibitions and Study Tour, this involves negotiating with hotels and conference suppliers.
• Working closely with the Bookkeeper to remain on budget.
• Selling Exhibitions and Advertisement.
• Interaction with contractor handling Newsletters Publication, Design and Brochures.
• Basic administration duties
