Privately owned Country pub with dining seeks Head / Sous chef to help develop the current offering. Creating and delivering new menus which will ultimately be leading towards rosette level.
You will part of a strong developing team and an increasingly busy relaxed country pub with a positve tripadvisor and opentable response. We ultimately are striving to achieve excellence in both the front of house and kitchen which will position us above local gastro pub chains. So far so good but we need some extra strength to support our Michelin trained chefs.
