Sagittarius is an award-winning digital agency with offices in London and Kent and we are looking for a genuine people person, experienced in HR and recruitment, to be our acting Head of Talent. Our agency is only as good as its people and so this is a pivotal role in looking after our team and finding new faces to join it!
There are quite a few strands to this role from recruitment and hr to arranging training, organising discussion sessions and internal presentations and work socials. You will also be responsible for maintaining staff records including annual leave and sickness.
You will be an excellent communicator that knows what makes people tick, as well as someone that is confident in interviewing candidates and dealing with sensitive situations. Ideally you will have solid HR knowledge and can confidently handle day to day staff practice.
We are a fantastic group of very talented individuals and this role really sits at the heart of lots that we do - you will be looking after the team and hopefully finding some equally talented individuals to join us!
This is a maternity cover and part time position, with a minimum 20 hours per week (50%).
