HR ADVISOR

A HR Advisor job in Sittingbourne, Kent paying £35k to provide generalist HR service across the business for a leading organisation in their field.

Your new role
You will provide HR support to managers within performance management, employee relations, HR processes, systems, learning and development. You will be involved in a variety of HR projects which will involve training programmes for example train the management team in interviewing techniques. You will be working closely with the organisation to improve processes and systems throughout the business.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working in a similar generalist HR Advisor position within a similar industry. You will be interested in HR project work and be able to communicate correctly to employees at all levels. You will have achieved or working towards the CIPD qualification.

What you'€™ll get in return
You’ll be offered a salary in the region of £35k plus 25 days holiday, non-contractual bonus, non-contractual shares and pension. You will work closely with the HR team to push the organisation forward.
