We are seeking to employ a Marketing Communications Manager to head up a small Marketing team. Our ideal candidate will have previous management experience in a similar role.

Reporting into our Marketing Controller, your main responsibilities will be:


• Managing the design, structure, and development of the marketing plan in support of our brands and ranges
• Ensuring the rolling implementation of the Marketing plans across the brands – the objective to be planning our calendar at least 12 months ahead
• Communication with Sales Management to ensure that channel plans are implemented
• Maintaining & developing strong links with our internal digital team to use our website as the primary interface with the consumer
• Delivering a costed “show” programme for the consumer – maximum 2 shows per brand
• Operating on an Every Day Low Cost approach
• Robust KPI development to assure and inform the business about our Marketing Plan
• Management of our Clubs via our online presence i.e. migrate to digital “clubs”
• Input into the Catalogue design and production process.
