Connect2Kent is looking for a temporary Student Services Officer that has a flexible working approach to ensure business needs are met. The working pattern will include weekend and evening hours as required.
Purpose of the Job:
1. To provide excellent customer service throughout the ‘Student experience’.
2. To actively ensure learners (and staff) have a positive experience.
3. To promote and maximise enrolments.
4. To work as a member of the district team in a flexible and hands-on way to support all local activities and deliver a support to the Student Services Team leader with venue environment, and site safety and security.
5. To ensure systems and standards including building/site security are delivered in an efficient and timely way that supports student success.
*Candidates will be required to register at our office in Kings Hill, West Malling and will need to complete an online skills test prior to registration.
* The successful candidate will be required to carry out a new DBS check, £54 payable by yourself.
