£20k plus for Chef de Partie required for immediate start for busy brassiere style restaurant in the centre of Tunbridge Wells. Must be qualified up to NVQ level 3. Flexible hours & occasional weekends off.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE of working in a similar restaurant which is fast paced & high volume at times. The restaurant is open Monday to Sunday Breakfast/lunch and Dinner. The candidate must be flexible and be able to work under pressure and on their own when required. All food made and prepared in house so must have extensive knowledge of recipes/food hygiene and good attention to detail Must be able to work with a small team but at times will work on their own. Please only those with relevant experience apply.
