Ward & Partners is part of the largest independent estate agency in the south east of England and we need an additional person to join our very busy internal recruitment team.
The role is responsible for high volume first line telephone interviewing for sales people, administrators, secretaries, weekend staff and other adhoc positions within the Arun Estates brand. Working closely with our Managing Directors and Senior Management Team, you will be recommending people for second interviews and following up offers and placements for your area.
Experience of writing attractive adverts would be helpful, together with a knowledge of social media recruiting. Some previous experience of interviewing is vital.
A bright enthusiastic personality, a “can do” attitude and a good sense of humour is essential.
