We are currently recruiting for full time and part time Food & Beverage Team Members to join the team at Holiday Inn Rochester Airport
The Holiday Inn Rochester is a modern hotel that boasts 149 elegant bedrooms. The hotel has a comfortable open-plan lounge bar and restaurant, meeting and events facilities plus a Spirit Fitness & Health Club where guests can relax and unwind.

As a Food and Beverage Team Member at the Holiday Inn London Rochester you will be working with the team in the Restaurant and Bar departments.

You will be required to provide an excellent standard of hospitality. Ensuring all guests are given a warm welcome and attentive service. You will have the ability to communicate with all team colleagues to ensure all service standards are constantly met and exceeded.

We are looking for team members with great personality to share their passion for the hospitality industry in delivering service with a smile. You will be working in a busy environment which requires a consistency in customer service, flexibility and being able to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable. Flexible hours and shifts are available.

The role is based on shift work and could require both early morning 7am Breakfast shifts and late Dinner service shifts until 11pm - There is scope for an individual to grow within the hotel, and this is an excellent stepping stone to a prosperous career in hospitality.
