We operate 37.5 hours per week, which may also include to include working some weekends. Our contact centre is open 9:30am to 6pm Monday – Friday (possible Saturdays required in the future)
Skills and Experience
• A proven track record of success within a customer service or contact centre environment is required.• You are self motivated and able to make an immediate impact on our business by building rapport with customers and demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• You pay strong attention to detail and have the ability to remain calm, positive and enthusiastic – even during busy periods.
•
You have a flexible attitude to your work and changing demands.
• You are driven by the achievement of personal and team goals and thrive in a target focused environment.
