Accounts Assistant Part Time.
Our client is currently recruiting for an account assistant for a period of 8 months. The department take control of customer records, accounts and orders via database and manual systems, in addition to using a variety of software packages to produce a wide range of correspondence and documents. The vacant position would include the following:-
- Answering calls from customers and suppliers
- Taking customer orders ,handling queries and taking payments over the phone & cashing up.
- Chasing overdue accounts and issuing credit notes where required
- Ensuring our customer database is up to date and all account administration is completed.
- Collating, compiling and filling customer account applications
- Sales Invoicing
Candidates will need to be computer literate and have the ability to learn new accounts software and processes.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Access) is required, along with the ability to deal with e-mail.
This role is a part time position Monday to Friday 4.5 hours a day, commencing on the 24th August through to the end of April 2016
Salary: Up to £20,000 Pro rata depending upon experience.
