Due to a number of ongoing projects we currently have a temporary vacancy for an HR Coordinator to assist with the day to day activities undertaken by the department. Initially it will be a 6 month contract but could have the potential to be extended dependant on workload.
You will be required to carry out a range of administrative duties within our small but busy HR team including but not limited to recruitment, absence management, induction and dealing with employee relations. You will be the first point of contact for queries from both employees and managers and will be expected to resolve or escalate them as appropriate. Furthermore, you will also be required to support the team with any initiatives and assist with the monthly payroll.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisation, administration and IT skills; especially excel. You will have experience within a similar role and ideally you will also have payroll experience. Excellent communication skills are a must for this role.
