Position – Chef Manager – Full-time
Hours – Monday – Friday : 7.00am – 3.00pm
Location – West Kent College – Ashford/Tonbridge
Salary – Competitive salary offered for the right candidate

We currently have two excellent opportunities for experienced Chef Managers or restaurant/hotel Chefs looking for a better work/life balance.
We have two vacant positions, one in Ashford and one in Tonbridge
Hours of work are 7am - 3pm, Monday to Friday.
You will be a strong leader who can manage the development of the local and seasonal food offer to achieve greater success through reputation and food quality. In this role you will be asked to control food costs, develop the menu, set a high standard of taste and quality and organise the kitchen.
This busy and challenging role requires the following attributes:
• Passion for fresh local food
• Food innovation and presentation
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure
• Good organisation skills
• Financial awareness
