Connect2Kent are looking for a temporary Credit Controller for an assignment based in West Malling. The purpose of this position will be to provide support with invoice queries and to assist in the smooth running of service within an organisation.
The Role
• In depth Investigation of invoice queries
• Liaison with Authorities and other external customers to resolve outstanding issues which will ultimately lead to payment
• Liaison with recruitment invoicing team to establish solutions to queries
• General credit control and other ad-hoc accounts and administrative duties
The ideal candidate will have:
• Excellent attention to detail/accuracy
• Patience
• Good telephone manner
• Maths/English O’level or equivalent
• Accounts background preferably credit control (but not essential)
• Diplomacy
• Initiative
• Good MS office skills (Word/Excel/Outlook)
Candidates must be available to register with Connect2Kent immediately at our office in Kings Hill, West Malling. All candidates must complete online skills assessments prior to registration and an online training course around data protection.
