Are you passionate about ensuring a robust and customer focused recruitment process?
Do you have the drive and knowledge to deliver first class training to groups of people?
Working in our 200 seat call centre with over 300 Interviewers, you will be responsible for the successful recruitment, induction, retention, training and administration of all new recruits.
With training being at the heart of what you do now, ideally from a call centre environment, you will develop and deliver training not only to new starters but also to our current team of Interviewers to remain committed to our workforce in helping them with their continual development.
You’ll use your experience and knowledge of the end to end recruitment process, including using job boards, to attract the best calibre of candidates to ensure that our clients continue to receive first class service at all times.
Having previous line management experience would be advantageous as you will also be responsible for overseeing the Quality and Compliance team ensuring that we continually improve our processes and deliver high quality, accurate data to our clients.
