We currently have a fantastic opportunity which is new to the organisation, and we believe will be a game changing role for how we do things.
We are currently looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join the team and be responsible for the management of the application support and development team that support the CRM and call centre technology platforms within the Saga Group. As well as the line management of the development and support team, the role will be required to carry out project management, resource planning, change and risk management as well as the identification and championing of strategic initiatives within the contact centre and customer relationship domains.
As the successful candidate you will lead a variety of analysis, development and support projects and will have simultaneous responsibility for a number of IT application initiatives aimed at delivering the IT strategy. You will work closely with senior business managers and directors to identify opportunities for IT solutions, interpret requirements and be responsible for their rapid development and deployment.
You’ll need to be numerate, organised and have first-rate communication and team working skills along with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
