Leeds Castle, (near Maidstone, Kent) is a popular, prestigious venue for conferences, weddings and functions, as well as welcoming 600,000 day visitors each year. We have a range of catering outlets and restaurants which offer everything from sandwiches and snacks, breakfast and evening meal for our B&B visitors through to five star dining for wedding and conference guests.

Working in collaboration with our catering partners Levy (who are part of the prestigious, Compass Group), we are currently recruiting an experienced Chef De Partie to work as part of the kitchen brigade but with specific responsibility to raise standards in our day visitor catering and evening restaurant.

The person appointed will have a passion for food & an eye for detail ensuring all food produced has great taste, style & presentation.
To succeed in this positon you will need to be an experienced Chef De Partie with very high standards of presentation. You will need passion for developing the product and the ability to work well in a team. You will need to be well organised to ensure that you and the team to meet strict Health and Safety and Food Hygiene standards.
