As the Resourcing Partner you will partner the business to identify, support and enable the recruitment of the right people at the right time to achieve existing and future business plans.
The role will require you to provide high quality resourcing expertise to our Claims business, building and implementing resourcing plans that support and meet existing and future business needs.
You will develop effective and proactive talent pipelines and skill networks, as well as source, analyse and report on market intelligence data for candidates, competitors and attraction techniques in order to inform business plans and resourcing policy
There is also a need to build, develop and maintain a high standard of relationship with stakeholders that informs and enables effective and timely communication and problem resolution and influences decision making. Through these relationships you will influence business managers to consider future needs and capability gaps while undertaking resourcing activity.
Other accountabilities will include:
Meet the KPIs for direct attraction
Provide timely and accurate management information on resourcing activity.
Contribute to the validation, review, development and implementation of resourcing standards, processes and techniques
Coach and support training of managers in interviewing and assessment
Work with business stakeholders and relevant HRBP's to build and implement recruitment plans to meet the needs of current and future business needs
Source, analyse and report on market intelligence / data for candidates, competitors and attraction techniques to information resourcing plans, and resourcing policy
We look for the following skills, knowledge and behaviours:
Has held a successful in-house Recruiter role previously, demonstrating in depth understanding of the end to end recruitment process
Ability to effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment process to a high standard
Ability and desire to undertake proactive direct attraction that has a direct and demonstrable impact on the business area’s talent pipeline, direct attraction v. agency costs and future capability gaps
Understanding of HR / Employment law including referencing, redeployment and immigration processes
Effective advertising and copywriting skills
MI / budget management / reporting skills (including habitual use of Resourcing MI tool) that informs and adds value to recruitment and measures own performance
Ability to coach and assist the development of line managers
Experience of working on an Applicant Tracking System
Financial Services experience or experience of a global / matrixed organisation would be highly advantageous
