Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am to 5.30 pm ( 2 days per week to 6.30pm) and two Saturdays per month, 10am to 3pm

Due to location own transport is essential

£7.00 per hour

Our successful and buoyant client based in Sittingbourne, is currently recruiting for a team of Customer Service Agent’s to join them due to expansion on a temporary to permanent basis.

Duties and responsibilities


Excellent Listening and rapport skills are required to build an engaging conversation with the consumer.Excellent verbal communication skillsFlexible and committed approachAbility to be able to research/retain and reiterate Product knowledge unique to each consumers requirementProven use of initiativeAbility to remain calm in Sales environmentTenacious and hungry for successThe ability to work to realistic strong personal and team targets.System skills required on automated diallers and data capture systemsAbility to adapt to a quick changing environmentCreative and proactive approach to problem solvingQuick learner, positive attitude, friendly and easily approachableGood data entry skills.
Desirable Skills / Experience:


Experience working with Call Centre related systemsExperience of successfully working in a targeted contact centre environmentPrevious Sales ExperiencePrevious experience working within the Automotive Industry is desirable not essential.
