A leading rental software company is looking for an experienced Java web developer, with a strong knowledge of web architecture.
The company is currently going through an exciting phase of growth and at the beginning of a Greenfield project to rewrite its existing flagship Delphi application as a SOA java web application.
You will be working in a small but innovative team, we are looking for a passionate code creator who has designed and implemented n-tier java web applications from the ground up.
It must be stressed that this position is for a strong/passionate developer who is able to take hold of a piece of work, give feedback and elaborate on its requirements throughout the full lifecycle of its development.
Required experience:
• Java 1.8
• Spring MVC
• JSP
• JQuery
• JPA/Hibernate
• SQL database
• HTML / JavaScript
Desirable but not essential:
• CSS
• RabbitMQ
You will be provided with a MacBook Pro and the opportunity to work from home if appropriate.
Pension and Health care benefits available after a 6 month probation period
Office based at the Kent Science Park in Sittingbourne.
09:00 – 17:30
