The Provisioning & Procurement Administrator role requires a highly organised all-round proficient technical administrator with a customer focused viewpoint. Managing orders through the administrative provisioning and procurement stages to delivery is pivotal in allowing us to deliver our solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
Knowledge of IT & Telecomm terminology and experience of working in an environment where IT & Telecomm solutions have been procured and/or sold is desirable. This position will report to the Financial Controller and will also involve assisting with the ongoing development of systems and subsequent implementation of processes and procedures.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Validate new customer orders ensuring that customer contracts are in place & sufficient information has been provided.
- Issue customer contracts & new account forms as requested by internal teams.
- Provisioning and procurement of each order through to delivery and subsequent invoicing.
- Liaison with the internal technical teams and third party suppliers to ensure the prompt and proficient delivery of their individual knowledge, products and services.
- Day to day monitoring to ensure delivery is on track and to budget, informing customers and internal teams where necessary.
- Internal stock ordering as required.
- Produce minor sales orders.
- Supervision of the goods in / out function including returns, stock control and warranty queries.
- Liaison with finance personnel to ensure all information is captured to enable the correct processing of transactions.
- Ensuring systems are updated to contain accurate sales analysis for commission purposes.
- Management on a periodic basis of “pay as you use” variable service and licensing contracts including subsequent administration and reporting to internal owners, customers and third parties.
- Development and introduction of procedures within the team and onward business to ensure the capability to deliver new products and services.
- Ad hoc tasks & projects.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated experienced individual, demonstrating strong inter-personal skills and willing to embrace change whilst looking to develop a long term career.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.45 – 5.15
