We are looking for experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistants with experience of supporting adults who have learning disabilities to join our team working in Ashford, New Romney and Rye.

You will need to have experience of 1-1 support and be able to work in a 24-hour sleep in shift pattern. It's essential you are confident delivering personal care with a mindful approach towards protecting the dignity of the individual and promoting their independence.

It's desirable that you have at least an NVQ2 / SVQ2 level qualification in Health and Social Care plus epilepsy and medication training.

We can offer you:

- Salary up to £10.97/hr, paid weekly
- Free uniform & training through credits earned as you work
- Criminal record check (DBS) cost refunded after initial period
-Online area and smartphone app to manage your availability, bookings and payslips
- 24-hour support contact centre, open 365 days a year.

In order to be considered for this job you will need the following:

- Right to live and work in the UK
- At least 3 months’ previous paid experience in a similar role within the last 3 years
- Referee contact details for your current place of work, and for all employments in the past 18 months or your 3 most recent jobs
- Full driving licence held for at least 1 year (for insurance purposes)
- Medication and epilepsy awareness desirable, but can be arranged
- Care Certificate or NVQ2 / SVQ2 in Health and Social Care.
