A Commis Chef is sought to assist in the preparation and cooking of all foods at Canterbury Cathedral Lodge. You will be experienced in dealing with fresh foods, accustomed to preparing first class home cooked dishes and consistent in maintaining high levels of productivity and food standards during service. Candidates will be qualified to NVQ Level 2 in Catering or equivalent and ideally have had at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
