We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and confident individual to lead the catering team here in Sandgate as a Catering Front of House Supervisor.
The successful candidate will undertake supervisory responsibility for Food Production and Catering Hygiene in the unit to which he / she is assigned ensuring that accurate records of all cash, stock, temperatures and staff administration are recorded under the catering unit manager. They will deputise when the Catering Unit Manager is on leave and ensure timely returns are made to Catering Administrator.
You will use your excellent communication skills to provide a quality of service to your customers that will be based on the service and product provided. It is essential that you have demonstrable experience in a similar role and that you have n ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
