We are looking for a Sales Membership Consultant to join a highly successful sales team in the Rochester area. Would you like to work for a top branded company as their Sales Membership Consultant whilst having great fun and earning some excellent money? Then this could be the role for you!!



To succeed, you’ll need to be highly motivated, an excellent communicator, target-driven team player with good listening and multi-tasking skills - someone who hates standing still, relishes new challenges and always goes about their job with a smile. Being a Membership Sales Consultant is no Monday to Friday role either, so you must be willing to work shifts as this is a role where you get out what you put in!



Due to the location of my client and activity out of the club that is needed they seek someone who can drive with a car.



Basic salary is £14,500 and the OTE is £27-40k– this is what you will earn for hitting your targets set and doing your job so it is 100% realistic.



However commission is un-capped so you can earn more if you want to. Excellent company benefits including, free gym membership for you plus one, 15% off a third member, pension, healthcare, 20 days holiday plus your birthday off! You could also win a trip to Vegas for being top sales person. Last year 20 people went on an all expenses paid trip on the business for just doing their job!!
