Operations Manager – Adult Care Homes
• £32,280 - £33,909 dependant on experience
• 40 hours a week worked flexibly
• Full year with 33 days paid holiday including bank holidays
This role is required to support the Head of Adult Care Services / Responsible Individual to ensure that standards are met and regulations complied with across the Trust’s Adult Services. The successful post holder will assist with the provision of day to day operational management and will be expected to undertake monitoring and compliance visits, provide coaching and advice to staff and managers, assist with safeguarding matters and conduct comprehensive investigations. They will deputise for the Head of Adult Care Services in their absence.
We are looking for an effective people manager with at least 2 year’s operational management experience and experience of quality assurance, compliance visits, and monthly Regulation 10 visits. Thorough monitoring, auditing and investigation skills are essential along with a proven track record of success against key performance targets.
The successful candidate will have a minimum NVQ Level 4 or equivalent or Registered Managers Award and a sound working knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements in relation to Health & Social Care and compliance against the Fundamental Standards.
