HR Assistant – Fixed Term Contract, City of London.
Our client, a Lloyd’s Syndicate based in the City of London is seeking an experience HR & Payroll Assistant to join the team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The main purpose of the role will be to support the HR function with HR, Benefits and Payroll administration. Duties will be varied to include;
·Assisting with all processes for employment offers and contracts for staff recruitment
·Assisting with the on boarding process
·Processing documentation with regards to changes in employment, end of probation and leavers
·Assisting with the recruitment process in terms of arranging interviews, follow up and liaising with agencies and hiring managers
·Completing all Payroll processes covering multiple office locations and multiple currencies
·Resolving finance and payroll queries and reconciliations
·Processing and management of pension schemes, end of year paperwork and submissions to HMRC
·Maintaining the auto enrolment database
·Assisting with the enrolment and administration of all employee benefits such as medical insurance, Group Life, Income Protection and Travel Insurance
·Assisting with all aspects of training
To be successful for this opportunity you will have gained strong experience within HR & Payroll administration gained within the Financial Services industry as well as experience within Employee Benefits. Applicants must possess a high level of IT Knowledge to include MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word as well as HR Information and Payroll systems.
