The Opportunity:

- We are looking to recruit an individual who knows a lot about
developing others, raising the performance bar and recognising talent.
- The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues within the
team as well as Team Leaders and Senior Managers to shape learning
that is not only engaging but clearly linked to improving business
performance and delivery of the firms strategy.
The Ideal Candidate
- Will enjoy being extensively invovled in the delivery of strategy,
especially in the key areas of Performance, Management Development
and talent.
- A highly experienced coach and trusted advisor with a wealth of
learning and development experience.
Skills/Experience:
- Strong working knowledge of Performance Management including
review tools, assessing capability and performance metrics.
- Proven experience in coaching, including Senior Managers/Leaders.
Background in Management Development; delivering and designing
programmes.
- Strong facilitation skills, using a variety of accelerated learning
techniques.
- Ability to identify and assess development needs according to
departmental and business requirements, including sourcing
appropriate external resources and acting within a budget.
- A good eye for developing existing materials to keep things fresh and
relevant.
- A track record of building and maintaining strong business
relationships.
- Confidence in communicating at all levels with strong influencing skills.
- A relevant degree, coaching or CIPD qualification.
