We are looking for an efficient and effective administrator to provide a solid a administration/HR function to the HR team across a full range of HR work and to provide a positive customer service to managers and staff.
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, your responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment programmes across the organisation from start to finish, handling advertising, interviews, offers, contracts and processing new appointments. Producing induction documentation for new starters, reference requests, pension packs etc. Providing advice to staff on general HR queries relating to terms and conditions of employment. Providing a range of administrative support to the HR team including word processing, minuting meetings, maintaining all personnel and HR records.

We are looking for a strong administrator who has superb communication and interpersonal skills, with an excellent business acumen, who can demonstrate sound judgement and business thinking. It is also essential that you can juggle a busy workload and be able to prioritize activities and be able to escalate urgent matters.
