Job description.
We are looking for a professional Chef de Partie to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals. A person in this role must be very organised and comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment. A chef de partie must also be able to give orders within their section.

Key responsibilities.
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes
- Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins

Requirements.
- Two good references
- Strong work ethic
- Smart and presentable
- English speaking
- Passionate about food
- Experience preferred, attitude essential
- Team player
