Ward & Partners is looking for a successful, talented Sales Manager to work in the growing market town of Ashford, a vibrant area with a wide range and varying styles of property.
A Sales Manager is not just an estate agent. Your success in estate agency will be through others. You will have a desire to coach and develop your colleagues and ensure they always have clear goals and an understanding of the business needs. You will be target driven with the ability to win new listings together with excellent people and communication skills. Ideally you will have at least 6 months valuing experience.
As a business we value our people and as such offer the best possible award winning training with a competitive basic salary and OTE. In order to attract the right estate agents we can personalise your package to suit. We have won Best Training again in the 2014 Estate Agency of the Year Awards, so you will be trained by the best.
As a guideline for this role, you can earn an OTE of anything around £50,000. Our commission structures are uncapped however so many of our people earn far more! You will need a full driving licence and be able to work five days to include Saturday as part of your working week.
